Soul Portraits
So lately I’ve been wanting to try something new with my paintings and I want to offer a service where I paint a portrait of Your Soul.
I have not idea where this is going to take me but I know the depth of clarity my Paintings encompass. And if I have the opportunity to capture Your Essence on Canvas - something new and beautiful and unexpected would come to life on that canvas.
It is not confidence that I have in my abilities - rather it is the time that I have spent inside the Clarity of these Energies that it is the Knowing of the Absolute that I carry within my Heart that flows into my Work.
I feel that more often than not humans attempt to carry on their life journey by continuously ‘working’ on themselves and in doing so they completely bypass what is already there. Completely bypassing the Essence of Their Soul that carries so much of the unique wholeness that they already are - all their unique strengths. Things that we most often times try to change about ourselves are already core and powerful parts of who we are. We try to make ourselves feel strong and powerful. We try to find love and goodness. And yet we have no idea how much of that lies dormant within us.
I think my paintings - my Soul Portaits have the chance to bring to life the Essences of what is already ALIVE but gives You the Chance to see it for yourself; to activate it within yourself; gives you the go ahead to honor and welcome all these true and good aspects of who you already are into your life.
It is the divinity of who you are; it is tasting your Soul - but not in a Way that lifts you off the ground but rather grounds you more deeply into your Heart; allows you to feel and embody the Core of who You are into Your Life.
This has been my intimate experience with my Self - diving into all corners and recesses of all Layers of my Being - everyday, in new ways. So what flows into my Paintings - it is the Essence of my Knowing; of my Wisdom; of my Raw Humanness; of giving and pouring all of what I have inside of me to A Soul who is ready to receive it.
